White sandwich bread


Very simple white tin bread, perfect for french toast, grilled cheese toast or sandwich just as the name implies.

Total Time: 7hrs.

Mix and ferment for 3 hrs.

Mix and kneed, fermentation 1.5 hrs. with stretch and fold at 45 min.
Degas, divide the dough and shape the loaves, place into the tin.
Proof 45-60 min with high humidity @40
Bake 40 min @230 ℃
